Creation of Comment box in Analytics Data Visualization

I have been working on Tableau for the last 6 months and create dashboards on regular basis. Inserting text box on the graph will be done quite easily and the pop up you have mentioned, if you explain me once clearly will be done without any problem. Your work will surely be completed on time.
