Credit card clearing For Merchant account

I am trying to find reputable Merchant accounts suppliers, that can provide credit card clearing, Western union and Moneygram clearting, and world wide electronic money transfer clearing, for a ecommerce client who deals in PJHARMACEUTICALS.

I need you to point me to Merchant account provider, that specifies in high risk payment clearing, and specificaly is willing to undertake clearing payments for businesses that are selling pharmaceuticals.
