I own a well established commercial cleaning company in Canada.
Do to my 15 years of experience in the telemarketing and lead generation industry i started providing a lead generation service to cleaning companies all over Canada and US.
Im currently expanding my lead generation services to Australia.
I use a few different methods for generating leads. All those systems have been tested and proven to work very well in the commercial cleaning industry.
System 1. We cold call a Territory and book appointments for a sales rep to come by and give an estimate. We use a predictive dialing platform (Gotoautodial). This allows us to have 3-5 lines dialing per every agent. By doing so we are able to speak to %250 more potential clients per hour then you would with a single line dialing system.
-For telemarketing we offer agents from Philippines or North America.
System 2. We run a computerized voice broadcast during evenings and weekends. With this system we set up server to call businesses and leave voice mail message stating that we we will be in their area on a particular day and if they want us to stop by for a free estimate to give us a call.
Advantages:
-This system generates very high quality appointments. We get 3 times better closing ratio per appointment.
-we can book a lot of appointments in a short period of time because the system can call up 10`000 businesses per day.
-the cost per appointment is a small fraction of a cold calling campaign do to the fact that there is very little labor involved in running this system.
Disadvantages:
-This system requires a lot more calls then a traditional live telemarketer to book an appointment.
System 3. We run a fax broadcast faxing tens of thousands of businesses with a reply form on the bottom, which allows potential businesses to get in contact with us if they are interested in having us come by for an estimate.
Advantages:
-Very High quality appointments. We have a closing ratio of 1 in 3.
-Much cheaper then cold calling.
Disadvantages: Requires even more calls per appointment to be performed then voice broadcasting.

The software used to perform all of those campaigns was custom built for me do to my specifications. The system is designed and configured to work with commercial businesses.
I have personally spend over $20`000.00 on software programers developing the software for me to work exactly the way i want it to work. I originally intended the system to be used for my cleaning company only. Eventually i decided to resell this service to other janitorial companies.
I currently do not have customers in Australia, so if you were interested in getting something going then i would have to find and test a quality VoIP provider for Australia that would accept our call volume.
I also do not have a business list for Australia, if you have one then great, if not then we can purchase one.
As per the price, this will be depended on the price of VoIP providers In Australia
Currently in Canada and US i charge $50.00 per appointment if 10 or more appointments are purchased. We have high volume discounts as well.

Average Closing ratio blended between all campains is 6:1. We close in 1 out of every 6 appointments we go to.
