i run a commercial cleaning business in melbourne/ Australia. i would like to find a telemarketer who can make calls to busineses and introduce my cleaning services and deals to them and try to provide me with meetings so i can give a quote and lock in a contract.

We are a cloud staffing company who may be able to help you with this project. WITH US YOU WILL BE ABLE TO: You manage the day to day task and assignments of your cloud staff and are responsible for their daily performance. We will assist you in monitoring your cloud staffers activities using our online management system. Your cloud staff will work for you on the time zone that you prefer. Pay only for time worked. No vacation pay, no holiday pay, no sick pay. Advance payment of one month for each cloud staff hired on our monthly invoicing system. Minimum of one month hiring of any cloud staff. Contract is for one year but you can end your contract at the end of one month by giving 24 hours notice until the 5th month of service. Starting on the 6th month of service, a two weeks notice is required. We recruit and screen all job seekers and make sure they meet industry standards for their field of work before their profile is visible to employers. We require all job seekers to submit police clearance, LGU clearance and scanned image of government ID in order to reduce the risk of hiring offshore. We conform that your cloud staff has appropriate tools needed to work from home as a cloud staffer. For those employers who require more of a controlled environment, we offer managed space at our Cloud Staffing office (Currently Davao City Only) We help both the cloud staff and the employers to overcome communication and cultural issues. We work with cloud staff so they will better understand and meet the expectations of their employer. We review time-sheets including overtime and under-time, and make sure you only pay for hours being worked. We make sure that all cloud staff are paid on time for hours worked. All cloud staff are paid on the last day of the month. We address disputes with employer and cloud staff regarding under-time and overtime worked. We submit annual review of all cloud staff and negotiate annual cost of living wage increase for all cloud staffers

Hello, I own a well established commercial cleaning company in Canada. Do to my 15 years of experience in the telemarketing and lead generation industry i started providing a lead generation service to cleaning companies all over Canada and US. Im currently expanding my lead generation services to Australia. I use a few different methods for generating leads. All those systems have been tested and proven to work very well in the commercial cleaning industry. System 1. We cold call a Territory and book appointments for a sales rep to come by and give an estimate. We use a predictive dialing platform (Gotoautodial). This allows us to have 3-5 lines dialing per every agent. By doing so we are able to speak to %250 more potential clients per hour then you would with a single line dialing system. -For telemarketing we offer agents from Philippines or North America. System 2. We run a computerized voice broadcast during evenings and weekends. With this system we set up server to call businesses and leave voice mail message stating that we we will be in their area on a particular day and if they want us to stop by for a free estimate to give us a call. Advantages: -This system generates very high quality appointments. We get 3 times better closing ratio per appointment. -we can book a lot of appointments in a short period of time because the system can call up 10`000 businesses per day. -the cost per appointment is a small fraction of a cold calling campaign do to the fact that there is very little labor involved in running this system. Disadvantages: -This system requires a lot more calls then a traditional live telemarketer to book an appointment. System 3. We run a fax broadcast faxing tens of thousands of businesses with a reply form on the bottom, which allows potential businesses to get in contact with us if they are interested in having us come by for an estimate. Advantages: -Very High quality appointments. We have a closing ratio of 1 in 3. -Much cheaper then cold calling. Disadvantages: Requires even more calls per appointment to be performed then voice broadcasting. ------ The software used to perform all of those campaigns was custom built for me do to my specifications. The system is designed and configured to work with commercial businesses. I have personally spend over $20`000.00 on software programers developing the software for me to work exactly the way i want it to work. I originally intended the system to be used for my cleaning company only. Eventually i decided to resell this service to other janitorial companies. I currently do not have customers in Australia, so if you were interested in getting something going then i would have to find and test a quality VoIP provider for Australia that would accept our call volume. I also do not have a business list for Australia, if you have one then great, if not then we can purchase one. As per the price, this will be depended on the price of VoIP providers In Australia Currently in Canada and US i charge $50.00 per appointment if 10 or more appointments are purchased. We have high volume discounts as well. Marketing Stats: With my company our average campaign stats are as follows: Average Closing ratio blended between all campains is 6:1. We close in 1 out of every 6 appointments we go to. Average contract size $468.00 per Month or $5`616.00 Per Year Avrage contract Length: 42 Months Average Labour per contract: 50% Return ON Investment: Cost of 6 Appointments: $300.00 Total Sales: $468.00 X 42 = $19`656.00 Total Direct Proffit %50: $9828 Direct Profit Per Year: $2`808.00 Anual Return On Investment: %936 ROI ***Note this does not include overhead costs, Sales Man (The person hired to perform the estimates) and taxes.
