You will answer 150-200 Phone calls daily You will have a quota to set 35-45 appointments daily. Calls will be for the Cell phone, Computer and Tablet Repair Industry Multi-tasking skills is a MUST You need to be able to toggle between 3-5 screens at a time taking notes and speaking to potential customers You will be responsible at the end of the day to send a spread sheet of all the appointments you have set. Experience in the Repair business is a plus! You will have a direct line to me or my staff for quick answers and support. Training will be provided. Need to be available between 10am and 8pm Pay will be a flat hourly plus commission for appointments set. Excellent English Skills required Spanish Speaking is a Plus
