Greetings, my name is Shawn and I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. Currently I am living in Quebec, and have been for the past year. For the past year, I have completed just over 100 projects here on Freelancer and 15 projects on Elance, And yes, all of the projects involved writing, editing, proofreading and rewriting. However, now I am planning on working as a telemarketer here on Freelancer. I have 3 years' experience working for Rogers Wireless as a Customer Care & Sales agent. This provided me with the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to be an effective seller and active listener on the phone. Moreover, I achieved a 2-year business diploma, which enhanced my knowledge and skillset in sales, marketing, MS Office, accounting, financing and professional communications.
