Cold calling

I am looking for someone to do some simple cold calling for me. You will need your own internet based phone line. Simple script: “Hi, my name is John. I work for a local financial advisor and I wondered whether I could send you a brochure about our services? “Yes” – “great, could I please take your email”. “No” – “ok, thank you for your time”. We will provide the call list and send the brochure, you just get the “yes”. It would be great to pay based on the number of people you agree to receive brochures. We are currently averaging 4 “yes” per 100 call attempts - for many calls, nobody will pick-up (and we don’t leave voicemails). Good English is an absolute must. Thanks
