I'm a 48 year old, country SA chick and type 65 wpm (words per minute - pretty fast) and I'm set up in my home office for transcription typing (headset, foot pedal, audio player software). Not only do I need this work; I'd really love to hear your interviews. My brothers ex army reserves and former fire fighter. My Dad was proud to do National Service and my Grandfather served in Korea. Depending on the quality of the audio, one audio hour can take 3 - 4 hours to transcribe. My bid is based on the hope it's clear and that I can do it in around 9 hours which would give me a reasonable hourly rate for my time (less Freelancers fee).
