Custom Website Redesign Real Estate

Before I begin, I understand that this bid is low. This is my budget. I'm looking for an experienced programmer/designer that understands this and is willing to work with me as i have plenty projects planned. I have changed my company name and would like a total new design and it more updated, web 2.0, professional, and better than my competition. If you have sample designs, please send them to me. I will base my decision off of the designs and functionality builtin. Everything on the site would remain the same except for the new company name and total redesign including a admin section just like my current website for me to upload new listings, and modify the listings, add new agents modify the agents, etc... for me as the admin to make changes on the backend without modifying the code. The site must also be SEO ready. I would prefer a coder who already does SEO and can increase targeted visitors to my company site. Please send proposals. I like a design like staffordcommercial.com. I like the intro flash designs then the ability to enter the site. It's a very clean site. I want the site to be web 2.0 and very professional as the corporate website. Im requesting a flash into page... the whole site would not be in flash. Take a look at this... Here is the main site, I need someone to create something very similar with the flash into and admin functions. [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
