Few months ago I’ve posted similar project, but due to fact there's huge delay in launch, most of the bidders don't reply anymore to my messages and I was forced to create it once again.
I was hired by international company, which is going to launch huge website with tutorials and different materials from all over the world, to find native speakers for various tasks. On this website users will find articles, videos, tutorials, “life hacks” and much more content related to different aspects of our life. We’ll need cost effective translators for translating articles and subtitles for videos, transcribers for preparing subtitles and voice over specialists for creating videos.
For this project I’m looking for Dutch native speakers, preferably from Netherlands, but we're opened to freelancers from other countries as well. We’re interested in translators, transcribers and voice talents. Please start your bid with information of your native language, nationality and country of residence, and then list services you can provide according to the scheme below:
TRANSLATION: all your language pairs that you can translate, how many words per hour and per day can You translate, rate per word.
TRANSCRIPTION: how much time do you need to transcribe an hour of a video, how many hours per day can You transcribe, rate per 1 hour recording.
VOICE OVER: how much time do you need to record an hour of an audio recording, how many hours per day can record and rate per 1 hour recording.
We’re looking for mix of lowest prices and good quality, so we’re open to new freelancers, even those without reviews. But please remember to bid accordingly to your experience. I’ve received many expensive offers from absolute beginners. Another thing is that if I’ll receive proposals from translators with similar skills for particular language, I’ll obviously choose the one with lowest rates per word.

I am native Dutch and fluent English speaker and writer. Can spend 8 hours a day 5 days a week if needed. I have a computer and a good Internet connection.
Country of residence is Holland. Obviously i can translate English to Dutch and vice versa.
I can transcribe if the video's are done in English
On my rate, not sure, I'm new at this and so thinking for both rates, i would be happy with 8 $/ hr, more would be great , but like i said I'm new at this :)

Moved to the Netherlands when I was 7 and have been back in the states almost every year. I given the choice to get my BA either countries.
And I choose for the Netherlands cause the level of education on average is higher than in the States.

I do have an American "R" and my English does have a slight country drawl.
Potentiël zouden Nederlanders die Engels in school hebben gehad minder correcte vertalingen, O.V's en ondertiteling kunnen aanbieden Door de taal barrière en of foutieve opvattingen van het materiaal. Dat zie je vaker als Nederlandse films worden ondertitels.

For the moment a have two little children so I can not promise you a lot of hours, I can gife only 25 hours for the beginning. In the future it will be more.

I have a clear voice and no accent therefore I could also do voice recordings. My experience is limited, but I can write a 10.000 essay in one day. Therefore I expect to be very proficient. My rate is 30 cents per word.

I'm a Dutch native speaking woman, currently living in Cambodia with 3+ years of experience as a professional translator. I've translated over 400 projects with a word count of more than 83000. The projects range from general to legal, personal, medical, business, marrketing, internet and journalism. On average I translate 300 words per hour, depending on the subject of course.
My knowledge of the Dutch language is excellent as I've been a Dutch language teacher in the Netherlands for many years (15+). In order to become a Dutch language teacher, I've studied the Dutch language on unversity level. Besides Dutch I also have a very good knowledge of English as English is the language in which I communicate on a daily base. I hold a TEFL/TESOL certificate that allows me to teach English as a foreign language.
As you can see, I've got great skills that match your project and I would love to work on it.
The rate I placed is the rate for translation jobs as transcription is far more time comsuming (like 5x the ammount of real minutes/hours) and therefor more expensive. I've done almost 100 hours of transcription work in the recent past and also would like to do some more projects. I can do video/audio transcription for $6/hour of transcripted video/audio. For subtiteling it depends on if there already is a transcription available or not, If not, the cost for subtiteling will be the sum of transcription plus translation.
