"We need a consultant to provide a formal plan, technical design,implementation and support for a Hosted VoIP and Virtual PBX system based on VoIPNow Professional. The consultant must be able to:

Identify the appropriate strategy for inbound and outbound calling

Identify the best mix of service providers for inbound and outbound call termination and DID provisioning
