Create 1:30-3:30 videos from my clips, enhance, edit

This is a part time job for someone that I will pay hourly. Please bid on hourly rate for a 40 hour work week. Training will be provided. Final completed video will be about 1:30-3:30 minutes in length. You will add a sound track and possibly voice-over as well. If you have a good voice this is a plus!!! Please tell me. The video clips should be trimmed to an appropriate length for each video. For example, if a clip is 10 seconds long it should be trimmed to 6 seconds or less. Most video clips will be 4-6 seconds in length. Transitions will be placed into videos between clips. Titles will be added with a black background. Overall videos need to be enhanced when needed. If the video has great quality on it’s own no enhancement is also OK. You may enhance for: Color Stability Brightness All files are .MTS files and should be used first and foremost. This mean NOT converting them until the final video is to be converted for use. Final conversion MP4 high quality.
