Hi there! I'm an audio professional with over 20 years in the digital audio domain. As such I have extensive experience in noise removal and overall audio restoration. I've watched the video and the noise, I can tell you in advance, is impossible to remove completely. The damage is quite bad. Having said that, it is possible to improve significantly the balance between noise and the human speech. I suggest to add subtitles. If the video is aimed to a spanish-speaking public, it would be a complementary solution to the audio restoration. Don't waste money in high-bidding freelancers, for it's unlikely that they can perform a service of such value. Hablo también castellano, ya que es mi lengua madre. I am able to reach a good quality of sound and remove the noises and background sounds to leave in the center of attention the voices of the speakers. Do you need the background music to be removed? Hola, Acabo de ver el video y esto se puede solucionar. Muy probablemente el audio no quede exactamente igual a las voces orginales (aunque haré el máximo esfuerzo, obviamente) pero con algunos filtos y ecualizadores se puede solucionar. Soy Productor, Músico y Artista Electronico y para realizar el trabajo editare el sonido del video en Cubase. Primero te entregaré una version beta y después si estas conforme el producto terminado.
