Convert Webex .arf Files into mp4 with Camptasia Studio

This project requires the freelancer to have the latest version of Camtasia Studio. We are a company which provides webinars to our clients. These webinars are available in .arf files. The Project steps includes (raw outline): 1.) Download the .arf files from our corporate site. 2.) Screen record the downloaded files (while playing them with webex network recorder ) with Camtasia Studio locally to mp4 files. (ensured in our tests the best audio and video quality) 3.) Upload the converted mp4 to our vimeo account. Additional Information: - We have a total of 62 recordings with duration from 20 minutes to 3 hours. (average 2 hour 10 ) which all need to be converted with excately the steps provided . Detailed step by step guide will be provided to the successful bidder. - The process is time consuming, due to the wait time, however the single steps to be taken need no more then 2 minutes per webinar. - This project requires a lot of bandwidth (converted files can be estimated ~500 MB / recording) - This project requires a freelancer who only delivers perfect work with attention to detail. The steps outlined need to be followed exactly.
