Hi, my name is Matt S Rinc and I can help you. The video you have provided URL was (possibly) done using Keynote (or PowerPoint) so no need for complex 3D graphics software. Using advanced animation in presentation software does take time so I predict 14 days from my experience (PowerPoint expert, video marketing pro, doing screncasts for 5 years). I envision using "doodles" which are even more realistic than - now too spread - animated figures in the mentioned video. And surprisingly, people do trust doodle images (imagine hand drawn iPad instead of photo of it) more than photos according to several recent research studies. Technically I would create a video in "YouTube HD" 1.280 x 720 pixels best quality QuickTime .MOV and exported also smaller version 960 x 540 pixels best MP4 format. Voice over of your choice - US/UK/AUS accent male/female. I work with best recording studio I've found and their rate is $220/h for each started hour - 13.700 INR. I have INCLUDED this in the bid. Background music will be used related to video content. Royalty free, no copyright issues. Since I think you have no voice over script, storyboard or video sales letter formula concept (invented by Jon Benson and popularized by Ryan Deis - both well-known Internet marketers) I will probaby have to create all.
