Database overloaded, I need it split.

I have a self-hosted wordpress blog. My database only allows 300mb. I have 685 mb uploaded. It is overloaded so it is not accessible to me visitors now. I have created other databases but need some help splitting the one in to 3 or 4. Two tasks... Split the database in to 4 databases.
