I can type 75+ words per minute without any mistake. I have very good experience in this field. I can type from PDF, Images or any kind of SCAN documents to Microsoft WORD / Excel files.

I have been working for the past 8 years as a customer service representative. I am also trained on how to deal with different types of customers where we evaluate each and everyone of them based on their lifestyle and how they will interact with us (associates) so you would know on how to pacify or engage with the customers in different situations. I have worked with the two of the top financial institutions in the US which is Capital One and HSBC. The knowledge I learned from those companies gave me different opportunities and edge to strive and to share my skills with my colleagues and train them to pass our metrics that is being provided month by month. Just to give you a background of what we do aside from providing information with the customers. We also deal with back office reports, follow up/callback and we also engage with customers like talking to a real friend and make them feel that they are valued and that we are always on their side. I would really describe myself as person with a versatile-skill set, flexible and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer and to make sure that every customer smiles at the end of the call.

I was excited to see your job ad for Virtual Assistant, I hope to receive your help for the job.
