Adding formula at Excel data file to compute

The file is in excel and I will need the datas in the excel sheet produce by the finger print machine to auto compute the amount of minutes a worker worked and also compute the number of minutes the particular crew was on break time. The excel should compose of only 2 sheets: 1st sheet for data produce by the finger print machine 2nd sheet is for the computation. The 2nd sheet should be able to pull out the data from the first sheet by just entering the name and the date. The cells should be able to compute how long the person worked and how long was the person on break. The excel file should not use any macro and is compatible with Microsoft Office Mac 2008. I will need this excel file so every new payroll data the excel file will be able to compute it automatically to avoid errors. Attach is what the 1st sheet data looks like
