Data Conversion/Visual Basic Macro

Hello and Thank You for looking at our project - Our Project will be a very simple task for the right person, we have customer address records (in Excel) that we need to perform some simple conversion on, the records only have four fields Company, Address, Telephone and Category, the address field contains the complete address which includes Suburb (City) State and Postcode (Postal Code) and the telephone field has a non numerical prefix that we need to discard. So the project has two simple parts to it - 1. Seperate the elements of the address into address,suburb,state & postcode 2. Drop the prefix off the telephone field I have created a simple Access Database (attached) that contains a saved import/export, data import and data output tables and tables containing the suburb, street abbreviations and postcodes - We need someone to write the macro that converts the data input table to the data output table. If you look at the sample database attached I think it will be quite easy for you to understand what we require. Any errors or data that cannot be matched can remain in the address field of the output table. Thank You and Good Luck
