Debt Stacker reverse engineer and rewrite

I had a VWorker working on a Debt Stacking program. ? He was almost finished and claims his computer broke. ? Debt Stacker is a simple idea that puts all of your debts in order and creates a payoff plan.? The program needs to be reverse engineered but I do have the source code from the earlier version. There are more parts to this program that will be? developed? in the next 2 months. ? It includes a budget designer and other parts. A menu will? also? need to be created. ? I believe the hardest part was done but needs to be re-done. I will be looking for 3 day updates along with source code sent on every update (don't want the same thing to happen again) I will supply the? unfinished? .exe file on request
