I have attached a sample excel, instructions, the 178 items you wil be working on, and the images. You will probably find your own way of doing it faster, but you MUST send me a sample after you have done about 10-20 so that I can tell you if there are any errors. Important info is in highlights. If you have any questions contact me. The completed work must be in excel format. Access to the Excel file and images will be provided via FTP once the project is accepted. Thank You, Kevin P.S I prefer someone that is experienced with VB so that other projects can be done faster. We have about 10,000 items total that need to be added over the next 4 months. We will work out a per item price for future jobs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
