I have a strong background in Cisco technologies. I'm a Cisco certified network professional in routing&switching and security with more than 7 years experience. I managed everyday Cisco devices, including Call Manager /-Express, Unity, etc.
- Calls need to work in/out and route via DID (not the callcentric username).
The calls will be routed via DID that's the right way to do it (obviously if the SIP Trunk works...)
