We have a Skype for Business 2015 installation to which I want to add Enterprise Voice functionality. We have a Audiocodes Mediant 1000B SBC that needs to be configured to accept the TLS over TCP from Skype and connect to our SIP trunking provider which uses UDP trunks.
We also have a legacy FreePBX-based PBX that we need to integrate with Skype while we transition. So the SBC needs to be configured to route 4 digit extensions to the FreePBX box.
I will provide you with IP settings for the skype mediation servers, the SIP trunk settings, etc. I will also provide you with a remote login to our Mediant SBC.
$100 bonus for upgrading the SBC to the newest Audiocodes software.

Hello,
I think I can do this even right now. Of course depending on the workload of your project.
Things to consider:
+ I configured lots of Audiocodes. About half of them are Mediant series (500, 600, 800 and 1000 are similar). Just never configured 1000B SBC (checked online: it says 1000E SBC). I don't think it will be any different from those.
+ I have Genband S3 experience as SBC (In case it is WAY too different).
- I have absolutely no Asterisk / FreePBX background. BUT I don't think it is related to your problem. AC can manipulate numbers however you want and hand them to any IP / Endpoint.
If it's working I don't want to touch to the software. I'm 99% sure it will be OK. But I don't want to take that 1% risk because any harm will affect your call traffic.
Best Regards,
Gunhan Oral
