Attract students to Japanese School Website

We have a School in Japan that teaches Japanese Flower Arrangement, English, Maths and Spiritual Classes. Our school website is currently under way and will be operational in a week or two. We are seeking good ideas for promotion of this site (NOT SEO - this will be already taken care of), which we intend to carry out as soon as the site goes online. If you have the best ideas, we will then need you to implement them, so please do not bid and suggest something that you cannot carry out. IMPORTANT: Payment for this job will only be finalised after results are obtained (ie a minimum of 10,000 hits, not student registrations, although that is what we are hoping to achieve...) Please understand that we are setting this project up early to collect bids for ideas, so the actual implementation of the ideas cannot start until the site goes online, however this WILL happen in less than two weeks from today. If we can attract overseas students as well as those living in Japan, then all the better...
