Bilingual Virtual Administrative Assistance
$15-25 USD / hora
I need a bilingual (Spanish speaking) individual to make telephone calls and/or send emails to third parties and either:
1) Relay a message from me to the person you are contacting, or
2) State you are returning their call/email to me and take a detailed reply for me.
In both cases it will be important to take detailed notes so that you can report back to me once or twice a day (via text or email) what was said.
On rare occasions, I will send information to fill in forms of agreements (which I will provide in MS Word) and return the completed agreements to me.
