By going on [url removed, login to view] - MAPPA - Dove: Milano - Cerca you can see a very resoluted ([url removed, login to view]) aerial map of the italian city of Milan.
On this aerial map you can even see many parked cars in the city streets.
The project is to (manually) identify all the main wide public areas of free of charge parking in Milan and convert them into POI for the Tomtom GPS software.
NOTES:
The parking slots delimited in light yellow or blue color are for payment therefore they are to be discarted.
Only the parking slots delimited in white color (the most...) or not delimited are free of charge.
(MY) DEFINITIONS:
"main wide" areas of parking = areas or borders of street with a group of atleast 50 cars slots/spaces occupied with atleast 10 cars (otherwise it means that probably the parking is denied there)
public = on the public street or openly accessible from the public street.
POI = Point Of Interest, for Tomtom. You can obtain the needed geografical coordinates of each point with Google Earth.
Since the park areas are big and the POI is just a point, I want you to create a POI for each 20 cars (or the equivalent space in empty spaces for cars) for each park area. So for example for a very big park area of 100 car slot/places (even partially filled by cars) you have to create 5 POI equally distributed along the park area.

I'm not sure about how much this project can cost to me but I warn that probably don't want to realize it if will cost me more than $100.
Instead, if it will cost me not more than $100 and you do a very good work I can buy from you the same kind of work for some other cities too.
