HI, I have gone through the attached files. And i have developed similar website for a pension scheme company in UK and working on it currently as well. It has tons of data involvement and reporting. Can you please explain which forms are to be presented to the users and which form is to be emailed to you ? Or the user has to fill all the tabs on excel and it has to be emailed to you completely. You must be aware of the fact that you cannot actually make the excel sheet online ,what will be done here is to create a replicate of a sheet like structure on a website or web application which will be filled by the user and that will be that filled to an excel sheet of same structure stored somewhere on the server and that will be emailed to you. So basically the users will enter values on the form(s) on website and those will be added to an empty sheet and will be emailed to you. You should also be aware of the fact that you will need an online hosting and domain name to get this done. Hi, I have been working in the software industry for over 20 years, developing and implementing solutions for clients all over the world. I'm also a database expert and a website developer. I therefor understand you reporting and consolidation issue and I've the skilled required to provide you with a flexible future-proof solution. For your project I would recommend designing an online website, accessible only to authenticated users and consisting of a few forms for data entry and reporting on the consolidate data. I would develop the site with Joomla and a content construction kit (CCK) called seblod. countries, type of training programs would be configurable, so if you need to add any in the future it would be a simple entry in a form. In addition if you use a website for registration to these programs you could consider as a future development capturing registration data directly into the reporting (and booking) system thus saving the double entry and making your time to reporting much quicker. The consolidated data would be accessible through online reports and could be exported to Excel for post-processing manipulation if required. Hello, Why do you need an online form to input the data ? There is a better way as google spread sheets where in you can share the documents to the users and get the inputs of data. It is much similar like Excel and everything that can be achieved using excel can be achieved using google spread sheets too. Hello - I think that it would be better if I created you an online database that is easier for you to manage and for your users to fill out. I can provide a CSV export the database to excel. I can even make this responsive so it works on mobile phones, tablets and iPads as well. I can leave it so that in the future should you want to add reporting that is possible as well.

Hi, I've looked at the excel files and I can very roughly see what's needed. There is quite a lot about them I don't understand though (not really knowing the context of the business you're doing). One way to go about this would be I host a form for you, that collects the data into a little db. You can go in and tell it to export as csv (creating .xslx directly is very awkward and prone to error). If there is a suitable way that the csv could be brought into your final spreadsheet then we may be onto a good solution that can be done quickly and easily.
