correct my magento site.. upload 700 items to my site... - repost

The field mapping does not match the excell sheets. You must make them match and create a standard excel sheet or cvs for me to copy all items into the database correctly... you must also setup the api for some of the excell sheets that it uploads automatically.. you must make that the files go into the correct catagory and are uploaded create size color options as well.. I will enclose the excell sheets that i have.. Basically the site must be finished complete ready for me to offer the site to the people... The pictures must be placed into the site correctly.. I also need to let you know.. that the file that has over 3000 items.. if you look you will see that the file are separated by size.. and thats why it looks so much 12 minutes ago if you read it than type 124 in your pm message..
