Add/Tweak a couple areas of my wordpress site. Pics Included.

Hey Everyone, I've had multiple designers start this project, then just vanish in thin air! Very frustrating. So i've been left with a website that is half completed. I attached two images. "Original Home Page" is what it CURRENTLY looks like. Then "Home Page Mock Up" is what i would like it to look like. This is a premium theme, but I don't know how to make the changes since there is coding involved and I'm not familiar with it. Right now, the theme is a responsive theme. I may end up changing it to make it non-responsive. This will be done later one and not with this project. I'm looking for someone who can communicate with me. Not someone who says they will help, then disappear! I have all the css files and hosting details. I'm also looking to bring a full time designer on an hourly basis if all goes well. Please ask questions. I'm looking to have this done fairly quickly since I am already behind on this project. Thanks in advanced.
