Add new pages to existing website, mainly typesetting of existing material

we want to add some content to our website. In total it max 8-10 pages. We also want the material as word doc template. most of the content is attached and most using pages, pictures, etc off existing website. ([login to view URL]) also have new new pics to upload to winning freelancer. we want these new pages (as a new website tab and also as a brochure) We need it designed in EXACTLY the same style as current website (type, colours and layout, photos) . will require adding some colour to map drawing we will provide. Will also provide some images to add to pages. Will provide layout scamps of positions etc. need the winning freelancer to be able to understand the look feel we are after and not vary from that. These pages will have to be designed so are website and printer friendly and able to be uploaded. Will also have to provide as pages set so i can amend and also print as A4. (word) only freelancers with experience and 5 star rating need apply.
