Advertising Website

As a general overview am looking to create a website whereby advertisers will have their own account allowing them to, -create an advert -customize the advert when required -upload a set amount of photos with an option to embed a video uploaded to the website, the website needs to rescale the photos and apply a watermark automatically when the photo is uploaded. -set availability dates -have a booking / scheduling service which can be used or turned off. There will also need to be multiple advertising packages with varying text allowances, amounts of images etc. The website will need to be built very user friendly for the advertisers and also able to accept various payment amounts for the advertising period via credit card (paypal payment is fine). The different packages, cost, image allowances need to be easy to edit through the CMS for the administrator of the website. The back end of the website should be able to be used with different skins on different domain names showing the same information and working in the same manor. I cannot stress more that this website needs to be very visually appealing and made to the highest degree, I will also need in total 5 variations on the look for 5 domain names running off the same content management system. All design work will be from scratch and I am open to different forms of CMS as long as they can be edited and are very user friendly for the Administrator.
