Build a gaming guild website

I would like to have a website built to replace our current site which is hosted by Shivtr.com. We are a guild in a game, but we are growing into a Gaming Club sort of where we play several different games instead of just one. Because of this we want a website that is less game specific and more appealing & professional looking, so we decided to get an entirely new design, logo, banner etc etc. We are hoping to find someone who is very creative to build our new "brand" or look. In addition to the design and creativity challenge, the website requires very specific functionality, unique to gaming guilds/clans. Below is a list of features we need implemented. 1. Application system for people to join our guild. 2. Ability to assign RANKS with specific permissions granted for Forums, Calendar, Raid Points system (DKP System) and Administration. 3. Calendar with event creation system for scheduling raids, meetings etc. It should also include functionality for event sign ups by members, attendance for those events and transfer said data to the DKP System. 4 DKP System, preferably interchangeable between a couple different formats, or made where we can admin it to work with different point systems. 5. The DKP System needs to be able to have more than one instance... for example one for game A and a different database instance for game B. We will have members who MAY play both, or more, games... but most members will be in only one game. We also need to be able to have as many instances as we can, we may be in 2 games now, but it might be 12 games next year. 6. Email with interface, preferably a system members can set up to check on their smart phones. 7. Ventrilo chat monitor... several free ones online, just need it included.... it just shows a listing of channels and who is online. Does not actually need to have any connect functionality, just the info. 8. Roster system, main roster which can be itemized by name, rank, game, level etc. Etc. There may be a few more little things, and all of this is currently in our website we use now except DKP, but we are very limited in what we can do design wise with shivtr, have no email, and security is very weak with these guild cms systems. Our current site is located at www.DragonLordsdp.shivtr.com. We are changing names, so that will change. I really hope to find someone here who has experience specifically with guild sites as they almost all use the same tools and functionality. If the website creation proves to expensive, I will probably still get the graphics design work done. Thank you for your consideration.
