Convert .PSD Template To Html Webpage 100% Accuracy

This should be a very simple project for anyone that is skilled in Graphic design/web design & html. I need a Photoshop (.PSD) template converted to an html webpage. When converted ALL the colors and graphics MUST look the same as they did in the PSD. I will need links, inputed as well as editable TEXT regions. This needs to be turned into a html page. Note: we're not looking for a site design , the template has already been made in Photoshop , it simply needs to be converted to html If you do an excellent job in a timely manner, A bonus will be given. While converting please keep in mind room for expansion for more content. This needs to be done in 8 hours or less if possible. Do Not Bid If you aren't positive you can do this correctly.
