Create an online store

Our current website [login to view URL] is very dated and old and not user friendly. We are looking for a new and fresh design with an e commerce store. We have done some research and like the following magento template [login to view URL] We do not have a large budget and so a customisable template would be our preferred option. Our primary business is balloons and therefore the range will be extensive - up to 30 - 50 designs per category in some instances. We also require a colour choice option (require the colour pallet to be displayed) and multiple options per choice, ie: blue, pink and yellow. Shopping cart function needs to be easily viewed with each item and price displayed. We also require a coupon redemption function for special offers. A Facebook and pintrest link. We can supply most images to be included, however there may be the need for some to be designed therefore require someone who is able to do this if required. A standard logo will be supplied in eps format.
