Create 12 print quality illustrations / diagrams

We require 12 high resolution print quality diagrams to be created based on PowerPoint mock-ups we have created. These files must match an existing style we have developed. Each diagram is 6" x 9" (Portrait) or 9" x 6" (Landscape). We prefer Portrait when ever possible as these will be printed in a book. We need these diagrams to be in color but also they must be readable in Grey-scale when they are printed. Please try to use color shades that will still be contrasting when we print these as part of our book.
