Custom VBulletin Skin needed

I run an existing, successful forum but am tired of our skin - it's time for a change. There is actually a skin out there that I really like but it is unfinished now for the past two years with no apparent hope of release anytime soon and I am tired of waiting... so I am now looking for someone who can create something similar. It's called Anamorph, skin for VBulletin. Obviously, I don't want a replica - I want something original and that does not infringe on the other design but I want something similar, LIGHT, clean, with similar styling/coloration to Anamorph. This needs to be a FLUID style. I do not need styling for the admin panel - just for the forum itself. I do not need installation, etc. I do not need a background - we have plain white and that's fine... I do not need a logo or similar branding - just the forum skin I'm currently in VB 3.8.4 I have purchased but do not plan to upgrade to VB 4 suite for at least a year - however, with that in mind, I'd like to know that whoever I hire to do this will be available for necessary upgrades at that time, if need be. This is to be a custom skin for my forums and must not be made available to other sites. I'm sure that goes without saying, but.... If there are any questtions or clarifications that need to be made feel free to let me know. Thanks! P.S. I will not entertain bids that do not provide a link to a design portfolio - prefer VB experience, for obvious reasons.
