Design PSD and/or Implement into Existing X-cart Reboot Theme

My existing site is at [login to view URL] The site is old and branded terribly. 1. I need a template drawing up in psd as a complete website rebrand but it must fit around the limitations of the Reboot theme. I expect some changes to reboot theme will be necessary when implementing but I need it to look as custom as possible and very very unique compared to my competitors. Please see logo ideas I have at: [login to view URL] At the moment the LOGO in 1st place is my preferred logo but even then it's not quite right... If you have any ideas regarding this please let me know but I need it to fit around a modern sans serif design. My competitors are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] If things go well I will also then employ you to duplicate the template in Wordpress which will be my very front end. 2. in the design I need one extra bar or set of buttons creating which I can customise above the shop categories but aligned to the right hand side. These would contain items like my existing site [login to view URL]: "HOME - ARTIST DIRECTORY - FORUM - CONTACT" and then underneath the usual shop categories aligned to the left as they already are. 3. Unlike the reboot theme I wish my product layout to look more like this themes product layout at: [login to view URL] Basically after that modern Font look similar to the ellusionist site I gave above.
