Design a homepage based on my wire frame and branding

The branding for this site is already done. I'll provide it to you as outlined .ai, and you'd need to consider it while designing. I also made a draft (wire frame) of the homepage, which is self-explanatory (see attached). I used rectangles, just to give you an idea of what items I need on the homepage. Using my logo and colors, please feel free to do as you think, as long as those items that I featured on the homepage are in approximately the same position and proportionally the size. The homepage is that of a real estate company promoting waterfront properties in South Florida. Therefore, please feel free to combine any water/pier/South Florida nature elements, but keep in mind that the site per se is a professional business that needs to inspire trust and confidence. The final product should be delivered as layered .ai or .psd. Please add this sentence at the beginning of your bid, in order to make sure that you read the entire project description: "I read the project description for [login to view URL], and I understand the requirements." If this sentence is missing from your bid, I'll ignore it. To understand better where I'm coming from in regards with the design style, please take a look at another site of mine: 101content.com.
