Design - the graphic work - for a simple Joomla website

Design of a simple framework to a new website The website will be build in Joomla! - so this is only the design (graphics)- not the technical stuff! Information about the job: Design the framework of the website. The web design as shown on the attached pages is only a rough outline for the designer to Create a better looking and professional design. It needs to be a clean looking webiste design, not with to much colours and information. The images needs to be delivered in .eps format. There will be a second job if I am satisfied , to design all the different components/extensions needed to be included in the website. This job is another project! Please stick to the following specifications:                                                                   2 colloumns (right and content) Design Layout in 1024pix and readable font Site Centred on screen Module areas must be specified and which columns to show on news items, normally right column disappear. About the website: This is a web portal for the meeting and event industry in Norway. The english name for “Arrangementforum” is “Eventforum” (just for you to know). So this is going to be a website with a lot of information and functionality, but we need to start with one thing at the time.
