Develop A Fully Functional Membership Site Using Wordpress

I have been working on a website for the past couple of months with the limited Wordpress experience I have. I own a babysitting agency and I have been working on the website for this company. I need someone to turn the basic site I have created into a fully functional membership site with different types of membership levels and payment systems. I have the s2member plugin installed but if you have a better system of doing this I am happy for you to offer suggestions. Ideally I would like to have four different registration pages, the ability for members of the public to sign up to my site and create editable profile pages, the ability for members on my site to search for other members and contact them via a message system, a new design for the site that makes it more accessable and visually appealing (I currently am using the socrates theme but am happy to change it if you were to come up with a better design) and a number of different pages that I can add content to at a later date. I already awarded this project to a freelancer but he is not very good with communication and so far I have heard nothing from him so I am having to hire someone else. Because of this, I would expect the next person I hire to really devote themselves to making this a great looking website and to constantly be in communication with me. Also, my business is highly dependent on this site so I am looking for someone who can do the job quickly and efficiently.
