A Website That Looks Better Than Reverbnation.com

I need a website like Reverbnation.com. As of now it doesn't need all the functionality of it, more just a really amazing looking framework so we can start plugging in content. Whoever ends up doing it can have an ongoing project as we figure out more what we are going to do with the site, but as of right now we just need a site with the most basic pages layed out with an amazing, "expensive looking" site. Reverbnation looks really great so we would need it to look even better. It would be a website that served almost the same purpose, so it would kind of need to appeal to the same demographic. For now you can just use a logo that says "YOUR LOGO" or whatever until we figure out the name, but hopefully the logo will look good with the letters swapped out to fit whatever name we end up choosing. If not, then a new logo will need to be created, and you will be paid accordingly for that in the future, but at least we will know you get what we are going for. It can't just look exactly like there's with the graphics etc but it should function similarly in a familiar way.
