design & HTML

I need some help around repairing design and after that with coding.

On end i need HTML pages maded with CSS.

we get one proposal where we need to stick to it... but for sure we have to change some parts.. it's just not right

design is made for three pages.. "vsebina" and "vsebina z meniji" should also have header image.. just smaller..

and articles should be on right.. simplier and cleaner

any suggestions?
