Hi, multimedia pro here. Yes, your video can be done this way - but with the associated background you have on the page (e.g. monitor and turquise background). So video has usual proportions (like 4:3 or 16:9) but is placed on the background. Then the whole video is aligned (with HTML/CSS styling) perfectly with the background on the page so nobody can notice the difference. The other possibility is to have your video placed in the so called transparent way - but that doesn't guarantee proper display in every web browser (e.g. background can be ugly, showing shadowed rectangle placed over web page background). So this is not recommended if not using Flash which I don't recommend anyway. But ... ... that brings the issue of responsive design. Your page looks fine when resized for mobile devices but the video in the first way won't. Bottom line - 100% working transparent video that will be responsive will be hard to done without using Flash (SWF) which is bad. "Semi-transparent" trick of using video with the same background as on the web page can work but it probably won't be responsive well for mobile devices. Best Regards, Matt
