Build an Online Store HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript

I would like to build a site like shoesofprey.com. its should be an e-commerce site with customization of shoes. its a 3D rendering of shoes. buyers should be able to customize any shoes with any color or shape. Im looking for the same 3D rendering appealing app. please be serious on the functionality as it can't be done with a 1-2 years experience developer or fresh developer. must be a geek++ in JavaScript (including php/html5/css3) . Its serious app.. not for testing and don't come up with your solution,i want the developer to build what i want. Site based on PHP ,Probably in Yii framework (Yii2 is +) or if you are geek in prestashop or magento would be better if you could develop an extension to customize the shoe modification ..
