Build an Online Store

Hi! I need a E-commerce script based on Magento, which can provide me with the following functionalities: 1) Product listing for 65 products. 2) Inventory Management. 3) Notification on new purchases to us via email and the customer about his order and the estimated delivery time as per-fixed in the software by us. 4) Product categories. 5) Product search. 6) Medicine can’t be sold without subscription. Therefore there should be an option to upload the prescription at checkout. (This is not necessary for all items, but should be there for few ones). 7) There should be provision for linking a payment gateway (although we need only cash-on-delivery now). 8) Site should be responsive and should include a mobile version as well. 9) Cart should have provision of a adding multiple products at once. There should be no minimum order, but the person has to pay shipping charges if value is less than a certain amount (eg. Rs. 500). Shipping amount may vary subject to different regions, plus we might not serve to few places, the script should consider this as well. 10) Coupon system which will may provide flat discounts on all products or varying discounts category of the product wise. 11) Affiliate system in which the affiliate will get paid as a % of for each sale. This should be linked to leading networks like OMGPM, icubeswire, etc. 12) Theme and styling of this script should match our existing styling. The script should be completely SEO friendly. SEO and digital marketing should be done from your side only. Also kindly note that digital marketing shall include: 1) Social Media Marketing (must important) 2) Blogging /Posting our success stories, programs, sharing experience, effects of service it will help peoples to appreciate our work. 3) Building Google Search presence for relevant keywords. Both for our normal site (http://bharatmatafoundation) and this E-commerce site. 4) Setup of all profiles on all social media (for Facebook and Twitter this has been done, but we want to increase the number of likes on this) + Basic Submissions + 1 blog design and 1 Month Management. You should be willing to provide an ongoing assistance for this, for which we will pay you a monthly fixed amount. Please let me know the server requirements as well. You should be willing to provide me a 6 month support for bug fixes or alterations within the agreed scope.
