Build an Online Store

A commerce platform at heart. The website needs to work as follows. Customer goes to website and enters their address. They then see a list of available products and prices that are set to display based on that specific address only. They can also see a map of other customers that have purchased similar services in the set of addresses that their address is grouped with (a zone). There will be a discount that will automatically be applied based on how many customers purchase services on the same day in a zone. The customer will be able to see that. They can select the services they desire and the default date shows for that service in that zone. They can change the date if they want. The price adjusts if they change the date. The customers should all have an account that they can link a credit card, paypal, debit card. The account needs to hold that information for future purchases. If they purchase packages of services then they will see the type of services still left and the number of visits still left. Plus they will receive credits if another customer purchases in their zone after they do. I don't know if addresses can be pulled into the system somehow from google maps or some similar program. It may be nice to save on the product/address uploading work. I want the site itself to be extremely mobile friendly and extremely streamlined. I want to have the ability to add content and videos about the services but don't want that to in any way impede the customer user experience / purchase. I also want the site to be able to be maintained by me. Meaning noncoder friendly. I believe that shopify or wordpress may be potential platforms but I'm not sure this level of function is able to be accomplished with these two. There is no need to seo this site or to put a lot of time into graphic design. I just want to see place holder as far as pictures and such go. I just want someone to build the working framework and put enough 'fake data' into the database to show me how it will work. So don't put those task into your bid specs. I may have it fleshed out more once I have something that functions properly. Please don't hesitate to contact me with questions.
