Some of the standard features you will need to implement are: Authentication of the user Page access control where you can decide what pages the user can open depending on his role or access rights Preventing security attacks So I will suggest you to use the ASP.NET membership provider for user authentication and we will use MVC 5. From Admin control panel Admin will be able to view the form and if needed they will be able to save this as pdf. There will be an option to reply it back by uploading the reply pdf. To make the pdf password protected we will use the Itextsharp. Now, I have some queries regarding the application: 1. Can I assume that this two forms attributes will remain same for all the customer or this may varied according to the customer profile? 2. Customer should have the multiple users or Admin?
