Build a great 3-4 page website for a local detailing business

We have redesigned our website and are looking for an expert to take the new designs (source files containing .psds, with all assets, fonts, etc.) and making into a live, working site. We will be working with a photography studio to create the final assets. We are debating the use of a Wordpress vs. traditional approach and will entertain both options.
