Building and customizing online store based on Magento with ERP integration

Hi Everyone. I am starting a new business with the following objectives. I am also open to more ideas : 1 - I would like to use Magento as the ecommerce system for my online store 2 - To build a unique and modern website. I will be an authorized dealer for hobby products (such as RC cars, RC helicopters, etc. In addition to this, I will expand the business later on to electronics as well, hence please do not assume that the look of the site will be based on toys. 3 - My company name is Etoucan, LLC and I have the logo derived already. based on the logo color, you will have an idea of how you are going to customize the theme 4 - the winner of the bid should walk me through how to list the products, setup the gateways and any important thing that I would need to run the backend later on 5 - The store should has all the modern tools that are used today (including but not limited to chat, popup chat to offer help during the business hours, an option to let people see how many one is viewing this item, the review of the product, etc.) 6 - The design should be very easy for the user to deal with. It should also include magnifying the pictures (I need your ideas) 7 - There should be an integration option where for some products, I want the order to be sent directly from my backend to the supplier with the original price value. I do not mind using OpenERP or an extension between the OpenERP and the Magento. I do not want something complicated at all. All what I want is to automate the process of some products that are listed in my online store to be sent from my backend/ERP to the supplier) (I am also open to be educated by you based on your experience. Again, let's follow the easy but reliable way of doing such an idea 9 - I know that there will be a price of these extensions/products. Please mention this to me when you do the bidding 10 - The winner should list at least 20 to 50 sample products on my online store 11 - I do not mind to use a template theme if you can have the open source code to develop it or to do any customization 12 - the latest SOE should implemented as well. Finally, if you know that ERP is not a requirement to do automate the ordering process then I am fine with not integrating an ERP at this point.
