Code responsive html/css website from Photoshop files (FH-1)

We have created designs for a new responsive website in Photoshop. See screenshots attached. We're looking for an experienced responsive website coder to convert these Photoshop designs into a sleek, smoothly functioning responsive website. The website needs to be cross-browser compatible back to IE8. Please send links to responsive sites you have done previously as part of your bid. The dimensions shown in the full page Photoshops are the dimensions the elements should be on a wide (1905px screen). The phone number needs to be 'touch to call' on mobile phones. We want a very simple scrolling banner on the home page - only one banner image has been supplied at present but we will be creating more banner images when the client sends their photos in. Only two pages of the site are provided here but once we have the html back, we'll be adding the site to our own CMS and incorporating an online shop. Let me know if you have any questions.
