Convert a HTML / CSS Template to Dynamic RoR

Hello and thanks for your time. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SPECULATIVE WORK ENQUIRY. I have a responsive template theme in HTML and CSS. This is the theme here: [login to view URL] The job I am asking is TO CONVERT THIS HTML TEMPLATE THEME TO RUN DYNAMICALLY AS RUBY ON RAILS. There is no redesigning or added work involved. Just conversion. The theme is as supplied and I have not started to work on it yet. There are about 30 default pages but I will probably won't use all those and will possibly just rename these unwanted ones or create a few extra pages. I am not a ruby designer or have much experience with it so I will want to be able to put my own HTML page info within the converted files. (See below for reasoning). ------------------------------------------- Extra info not related to job request - background. I plan to apply this theme to an existing website as a redesign. The backend customer login and sales functions of this site are in Ruby on Rails and provided to me via another company. I do not have access to the backend code of these customer pages, only the front end functions for the page which I cannot alter or it will break the script. To avoid cross coding issues with other languages like php I want to use RoR as the framework for the public and customer facing pages of the site. Come the time I may need extra help with implementing this change as another job - but not now. The job now is just the conversion.
